All of those guys are fixtures in the franchise while teams like my Jags draft crack smoking (Matt Jones) and pot smoking thugs (Reggie Williams) and out of shape QB's with a 10 second release time (Byron Leftwich). That is why we constantly find ourselves on the losing end or in "rebuilding mode".
