Hypercam2, help me pleae!!!!!!!! Video

hey all, just got hypercam 2 and really have no clue what Im doing, I want to use it for flight sim 2004 but have no idea what the optimal frame rate setting would be for recording and play back. Here I recorded bowling evolution wich is a "garbage game" really low speced game and hypercam makes the program run like garbage and the recording too, sound is also not in sync with video, any help would be greatly appreciated
