"Im talking about 2 things actually. But Ill start with Ryan. Your parents told me that he needs a new heart sound. As I said I made some calls last night and I might have found some opportunities for you."

I looked at Nicks dad with big eyes. Did he really have an idea to help?

"Really? What opportunities do I have?"

"I have a colleague who does such operations as heart transplantations. I told him about Ryan as much as I knew. He agreed to check Ryans dossier and after that hell come over here to talk to you and your parents. Hes willing to cut the price in parts so you dont have to pay full after the surgery is done."

"A colleague from you really wants to do that for me?!"

He smilingly nodded at me.

"Yeah. There is a reason tho. He does this because he had a doctor who overcame just the same giving birth to a baby with a weak heart and she was also very young when it happened. So he knows how you feel right now."

I had to lay myself down for a bit. I held my head not believing that I heard this. Someone all of a sudden wants to help me and I dont even know the doctor. I was getting through a lot of emotions right now. Maybe I would get a change to save Ryan. I looked at Nicks dad.

"Did he say when he was going to read the dossier and come over?"

"He actually told me he would today because he needs to hurry. I mean even if you have the money there has to be a heart thats right for Ryan so he has to know as much as possible. He also said that Ryan will probably take a couple of steps in the waiting line du the short time he has."

I smiled up at Nicks dad stuttering out of excitement.

"I...I dont know what to say. This is just amazing. Wait you said 2 things. Whats the other one."

He looked down for a second and then looked back up.

"I think Im going to let that one out right now. I can see how happy the opportunity made you and I dont want to ruin it. But it has nothing to do with Ryan if you were worrying about that."

I nodded at him relieved it didnt included Ryan. I sat myself up again and turned more to him.

"I really want to thank you for what you did for me. I cant imagine what I would have done without your help. Really I was giving up."

He smiled at me.

"Im glad I could give you new hope. But you dont have to thank me. You actually have to thank Nick for this. He actually didnt speak to me for a very long time due hard fights. But when you got here. He called me up and he talked to me just to find out if I could help. So he deserves the thank you also."

"Ill be sure to thank him. I cant believe he did that for me. After not talking to you for a very long time he just calls you if you could help me and Ryan."

He stood up and walked up to my bed and pulled his hand out. I shook it smilingly.

"Ill be sure to check on you and Ryan soon and also ask Nick how its going with you and Ryan. I hope you can work everything out with the doctor like it should be and I wish you the best in saving Ryan. If you need help in any other way Im willing to help just tell Nick and Ill see what I can do."

I nodded at him now pulling my hand away slowly.

"Thanks for everything really."

He quick nodded at me and then walked over to the door about to leave when the door opened. I smiled big when I saw my mom coming in with Ryan. She came over to me and immediately handed Ryan over to me. I smiled up at her big and then squeezed Ryan as tight to me as possible. He looked up at me giggling what made me smile even more. I softly touched his nose kissing it.

"I missed you so much!"

After a while of hugging Ryan close I looked up at my mom who was slightly smiling at the sight and I opened one arm for het to join the hug. She soon joined the hug and kissed the top of my head.

"How are you feeling sweetie?"

I kissed her cheek while hugging her close.

"Im better. od you know what Nicks father just told me?"

She pulled away a bit and smiled up at me and nodded.

"Yes he let us know by Nick what he did yesterday at night."

I smiled down at Ryan and started to cry. I couldnt help myself. I just got new mood. Maybe I would be able to save him. All thanks to Nick and his dad. I couldnt control myself anymore and just started to cry harder as my mom started to stroke my back silent crying with me. She knows how much Ryan means to me and he also means a lot to her. She loves him. We sat like this for hours crying out of happiness With Ryan joining the hug. I couldnt wait for Nick to visit so I could tell him how much I love him. He deserves to hear it now more than ever. Im ready to say it to him. This time not as spirit but as the one and only me.
