Guam Workshop #1, Part 3b - Compatibility Sustainability Study (CSS) Video

Part 3b provides a look at the 24 standard compatibility factors used to evaluate potential issues and opportunities.

This series of 5 videos provides a video of one of three workshops held on Guam on October 27 - 29, 2009. The purpose of the workshops was to provide and understanding of the Compatibility Sustainability Study (CSS) and obtain community input on issues and opportunities to be addressed in the CSS. The workshop also provided an overview of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) in preparation for the public review of the Draft EIS/OEIS for the military buildup proposed on Guam. This video was filmed at the workshop in Agat due to better sound quality at this location, but is similar to the other two locations (Tamuning and Dededo).
