Ugazful: gaz got shot in the face, you witness it in COD4 in the level Game Over at the point where Zakhaev is approaching you while you're on the ground. Ghost has the same voice actor as Gaz, THAT'S why they both sound alike

officer020413: So? my father has a bullet lodged at his brain, and one giant scar on both the front and back of the head. That's right, he got shot in the head twice and survived. He has a little difficulty when speaking, but who cares? gaz might have survived as well. And as i said before, i have reasons to believe that he's gaz, without the most evident one being the voice. having the same voice actor is quite suggesting, no?
Gravesend83: @ImEuanAndIGotsSkeelz Scottish accents are awesome. It makes me sooo envious. The first scottish accent that first made an impression on me was Henry Ian Cusick (Desmond from Lost).

Ugazful: war brings the cold truth. whether you like it or not gaz is DEAD. and even if he WAS Ghost, he'd be dead anyway, since he got shot in the face by shepherd and then got his body burned like a goat sacrifice. The fact that they have the same voice actor implies nothing over the life of Gaz. Infinity Ward just enjoyed working with his voice actor so much they asked him to step in again. Ghost is Sgt./LT Simon Riley

officer020413: stop talking about the fucking voice, i have other reasons to believe that he's in fact gaz. he got shot in the chest, dumbass. not in the face. and even if he's dead now, i enjoyed the time when he was alive. what matters here is to clarify wether ghost is gaz or not, not approaching the end of the safehouse mission.
cRzyPhenix777: Guys they made a graphic novel about Ghost... his names is fuckin SIMON RILEY and you get to see his face prior to MW2 and he looks NOTHING like Gaz go ahead search it up
Ugazful: that is crucial regardless, anyways, if you position yourself right near ghost, you can look underneath his sunglasses, and in every level that i've done so, his eyes are blue, gaz doesn't have blue eyes

cRzyPhenix777: Yea, its the same voice actor but Craig Fairbrass (their voice actor) said they brought him back cuz they like his voice. Doesnt really prove theyre the same person.
cRzyPhenix777: toro199999, the story hes telling...is about himself -_-' And Simon Riley didn die in the hands of the drug lord, i read the comic online, it was some other dude, but all that happened to Simon was that he was shot and the chapter ended in a cliffhanger..meaning Simon's still alive probably.
