Tambourineur12: I personally would have had the trumpet and sax play the A section of the melody and let the trombone and sax or trumpet take the bridge. You don't have to have all the horns playing melody at the same time. Mix it up a little bit and change the color of melody.

zackguitar07: That's a pretty good idea, but we did that for most of our other tunes, so we didn't want the horn parts to be predictable every time. We learned the song off a chart based on the original, so I think the trombone just read the tenor sax lines while the trumpet & alto read off the trumpet lines. Good idea, though.
