T'ai Chi in the Japanese Gardens - part three Video

www.drtaichi.com This was a retreat for the Veterinary Cancer Group at the beautiful Cal State Long Beach Japanese Gardens. I had planned for us to do T'ai Chi spread out along the winding pathways, but at the last minute we learned that there was a wedding party taking pictures in the Gardens. We wound up jamming 50 people into a tiny space in front of the Tea House, with me standing on a narrow bench! All in all, it turned out well, and everyone had a fun time.
