xPolKaMaNx: All AGS is is a few bonus damage wheres SGS can heal and restore hitpoints.
andrewajt62: Ags is more suitable for PvP situations, where a surplus of damage can be dealt. Sgs is best for Player-vs.-monster situations where it can keep your hp up after fighting many monsters. All godswords have their uses.
