My life has been pretty complicated lately. I wouldnt know how to begin. These past few years my mom and I have been moving around a lot. Ive been to so many different schools I cant keep count.

At every school Ive been to they always judge me on the first day. But things dont always turn out the way that I want them to. I always tend to find a way to make a fool out of myself. Either I trip in the hallway on my way to class or sweat badly during a speech. I have had worse things happen to me though.

I guess you could say I have no friends. Though I do have one person that I keep in touch with. Her name is Kristina. We met when I lived in Florida. We call and text each other everyday. She is the sweetest and most genuine person I have ever met. Whenever Im feeling sad, in need of advice, or just someone to talk to I call her. She was the only person who would actually talk to me when I lived there.

So youre all probably wondering why my mom and I move around a lot. I dont even know how to answer that question because I honestly do not know. I try asking her why but she never gives me an answer.

It all started after my dad died. He died in a car accident when I was 10 years old. My mom became distant and quiet for weeks. She wouldnt talk to anybody. Not me. Then out of nowhere she said that we were moving. She told me that moving would be good for the both of us. Give us a chance to start fresh new lives.

With in a day she had everything boxed away and ready for us to move out of Waterbury, Connecticut and never look back. I asked my mom where we were moving to. She said that she didnt know. She told me we were going where ever the road takes us. There were no plans. Just an open road that could take us anywhere.

As for me I thought she was crazy. Mostly because Im the kind of person who likes to things planned out. I was worried not knowing where we were headed or going. I looked at my mom and she had a positive look on her face like she knew exactly what she was doing.
