More LTTE weapons surface 16th July 2009 Video

More weapons concealed by the LTTE terrorists have begun to surface from Puthumathalan..
Our Representative Kelum Gunatilake said the terrorists had put up bunkers around a house obstructing civilian life. The Security Forces while digging into the bunker found arms and explosives. These were stored in fertilizer bags. There were 73mm rockets used in tanks and explosives stored in containers and bags. The LTTE terrorists had built small bunkers around the houses of innocent civilians and maintained stocked weapons. The soldiers are attempting to clear these bunkers and create a conducive environment for the people to live. The search operations are being conducted by the 17th Gemunu Watch under the 681st Brigade of Task Force 8 commanded by Col. Ravipriya. The soldiers are working day and night to restore normality to civilian life.
