1. How to play:

a) Make a purchase of $399.99 or more during Novevember at Enormis.
b) Pick your team between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Cleveland Browns.
c) If your team runs back their opening kickoff return for a touchdown on December 10th, 2009 you are entitled to a 100% cash refund (excluding sales tax).

2. Opening kickoff is defined as when your team receives their opening kickoff return, meaning the start of the first half or the start of the second half.
3. All merchandise purchased must be paid in full by Nov30, 2009 of the promotion in order to be eligible for a refund.
4. The official outcomes will be as determined by ENORMIS Mobile Specialties.
5. The customer must agree to All ENORMIS Policies; no cash refunds, returns if authorized, are for store credit only, special orders are not cancelable, etc.)
6. If your team runs back their opening kickoff return for a touchdown on December 10th, 2009, in Cleveland OH, as defined in Rule #1, refunds will be made within 90 days to qualified customers.
7. In order to receive a refund, the following procedures must be strictly followed:
A. The original sales receipt must be presented along with a form of identification;
B. A refund will be given only to the original purchaser.
C. If for any reason the above "refund procedure" is not followed, a refund will not be granted.
8. The store reserves the right to stop this promotion at any time and only honor those purchases made prior to the cancellation of the promotion.
9. Employees of the stores and employees of their major suppliers are not eligible
a. Employees, agents, successors, and assignees of Sponsor, its advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this Promotion, as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the Promotion and shall be ineligible for any conditional rebate covered herein.
b. Names and likenesses of Promotion winner(s) may be used by Sponsor and Sponsor's designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to Sponsor or the Promotion winner(s)
10. No Purchase Necessary. (How to participate without a purchase)
To accommodate non-purchasing customers a $25 gift certificate will be awarded if the event occurs.

2. ENORMIS OBLIGATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR REBATE PAYMENT:
a. If (i) a player on the Designated Return Team receives and returns either the opening kickoff of the first half or the opening kickoff of the second half for a touchdown at the Designated Event scheduled on December 10, 2009 or as may be officially rescheduled (Objective) and (ii), it is the Designated Return Team as preselected by the Participant at the time of purchase and prior to the Designated Event. ENORMIS will Reimburse customer(s) for their Purchases over $399.99 (excluding sales tax, delivery charges and extended service agreements). This amount must be on one invoice.
b. To count as a successful qualifying play, the play must be recorded as an official statistic. An otherwise qualifying play nullified by a penalty is ineligible and will not be considered for rebate payment.
c. A re-kick, due to either a penalty by the kicking team or a kickoff that goes out of bounds, will be eligible for prize payment.
d. If the Designated Return Team defers receiving a kickoff in both halves, there is no attempt and there will be no carry over.
e. If the Designated Return Team returns both opening-half kickoffs, ONLY the first-half kickoff will be eligible for prize payment.
f. A fumble by the receiving team and runback by the kicking team will not be eligible for prize payment.
g. ENORMIS represents that it has contracted to rebate up to 100% of the price (excluding sales tax, delivery charges and extended service agreements) or fee paid by consumers (Participants) in conjunction with their purchase or other acquisition of eligible goods and services totaling $399.99 or more providing the Designated Return Team selected by the Participant at the time of purchase, achieves the Objective set forth in item 2.a. contained herein.
