I ran away from Joe because I couldnt handle it. I mean he really loved me and maybe I overreacted by running away. But I did come back but not to be with him. I was running in the rain for a while then I went back to my tour bus. I went and showered plus I washed my hair. I watched the water run out of the drain and some of the dark brown was coming out of my hair. I dried my hair and a whole lot of the dark brown color was coming out. I looked in the mirror and my hair was really gross looking. I didnt have any dye left so I guess this is how its going to look for now. I had patches of my natural blonde all over the place and it was just gruesome to look at. I went to my bunk and fell asleep. The next morning Sidney and Daisy opened my curtain shades on my bunk to wake me up. They immediately saw my hair.
Sidney: Do you need dye?
Me: Nah, Im going to tell Joe the truth once its all gone.
Daisy: Good because Nick and Kevin cant hold it for much longer.
Sidney: Are you going to get back together when you do?
Me: I dont know.
I walked out and got ready for the day. We had a concert I looked at my calendar full of dates and we were in Maryland. I was dress in my gray denim skinny jeans, brown boots, and my yellow tank top with my blue jacket from Aeropostale. I got of my bus and went for a walk. I stopped by a Starbucks for some coffee and then went on with my walk. Once I got back to the buses I sat on a bench, which was located outside of the venue. I looked at my watch it was sound check time. I went onto the bus and grabbed a hat since my roots were completely blonde now. I did sound check and left but Joe was behind me.
Joe: Hey are you okay?
Me: Fine.
Joe: What happened last night?
Me: Nothing.
Joe: Did I say something to set off your emotions if I did Im really sorry.
Me: Its fine Joe.
I walked out of the place leaving Joe behind and walked around Maryland once again. I had no idea what city we were in but who cares. I think theres another venue around here somewhere and Jesse McCartneys playing there. I mean Ive always wanted to meet him. I finally found the venue since there was a tour bus outside of it. I walked inside and he was doing sound check. Once he finished I went up to the stage to meet him.
Me: Hi. That was really good.
Jesse: Thanks! Wait arent you KayT?
Me: Yeah I go by Kay.
Jesse: Wow what are you doing here?
Me: Well Im on tour with the Jonas Brothers and heard you were playing here so I said why not stop by. Im a huge fan!
Jesse: Well you make music just as beautiful as you.
Oh gosh! Am I blushing no Im not! Cheeks stop letting the blood rush to you! Oh no Im blushing even harder I can feel it! OH gosh hes so cute!
Me: Thanks.
Jesse: Well Im finished here we could grab lunch or something.
Me: That sounds fun. I have to get my purse from the bus.
Jesse: Its on me.
Me: Thanks.
We left and walked to a McDonalds a couple streets down. We didnt eat there though we ate in a nearby park. Which was oh so gorgeous.
Jesse: So Kay tell me about your self.
Me: Well theres not much to know I had a great childhood, not so great teen years, my moms dead and well dad was never really necessary.
Jesse: Wow thats rough.
Me: Yeah.
We talked for what seemed like forever and then he walked me back to my bus since I had two hours until show time. I got on the bus with Jesse behind me and everyone was in the living room area looking worried. Joe looked at Jesse and then down to the ground again.
Me: Hey guys whats going on?
Sidney: Where have you been?
Me: I was out.
Joe: With who, him?
Me: Yeah we went for lunch and lost track of time sorry guys. I left my purse here.
Joe got up and pushed past Jesse and me. He left the bus and well I felt bad.
Kevin: Kay you have to make sure you call you could have gone missing for all we know.
Me: Sorry it wont happen again.
Jesse: Well Im going to go. Nice to meet you guys, bye Kay.
Jesse left and I gave everyone a look kind of asking if I could go say goodbye and they just gave me a eye roll or a yes I dont know which.
Me: Hey Jesse thanks for the lunch.
Jesse: Anytime.
He grabbed my arm and pulled out a sharpie. He wrote his number on my arm.
Jesse: Anytime you need to talk you need to talk you know who to call.
Me: Yeah I do.
He kissed my hand and walked away.
