Checking form during Sheiko. Back is more upright than normal, slow descent, good form.

jmaths117: I haven't seen anyone stronger in the white building. One time in the Rec Hall there was this bench freak who was doing reps with 5 plates (serious). Another time there was this guy deadlifting 585 for reps. But that was a couple years ago. Basically, at any given time I'm the strongest in the gym. Not in the powerlifting gym though!

jmaths117: thanks. not always, but lately I am looking downward onto the ground in front of me rather than strait ahead. not sure why, maybe I should work on it to prevent from falling forward. however, if you watch my 545 video you can see me going back onto my heels, and 2 weeks ago I was going back onto my heels even more. so maybe it's a way for me to keep my balance forward more, to prevent from falling backwards? Not sure, I think everything will work out though. GL with your squatting bro.
