Hairdresser Boo Hoo Experience - NO HOOPS OR FLUTES Video

Are hairdressers genuine in their advice or attempting to product place?
Is there a balance of supporting a customers desires for hair care and suggesting things that might help both natural/home made and manufactured?

How do I get protein in my hair?
How do I know i'm not getting some already, have I got too much protein, too little? Any tips?

I want to feel a million dollars after going to the hairdressers.
I don't think my hairs that bad, if it is, it can only get better!

luvnme84: i've heard that whipping an egg and using it like a conditioner then rinsing it out can be used as a protein treatment... perhaps u can search the method :o) hope this helps
OhNoo74: Thanks for the tip! Very much appreciated! :o)
OhNoo74: Can't see your comment Katherine but I ended up using yoghurt, two egg yolks, honey, coconut oil, almond oil and bicarb soda, my hair really likes it! Using it once every two weeks. Front of my hair growing so much faster than anywhere else on my head! :o)
katharinetatum: strange that my comment didn't show up... just recommending almond oil as a natural scalp/hair moisturiser.
