Wonky Oblivion 3 Video

I was in the town of Anvil, very early on in the game, when I decided to drop some unneeded supplies in the street. A paintbrush never hit the ground, and is hanging in space in the middle of the street. Here's a "Matrix-esque" clip around the paintbrush.
