Mileys POV
Tish: Miley!
Miley: {runs down the stairs and into the kitchen}
Tish: Can you run to the store and get me some milk? I used up the rest of it on those apple pies yesterday {hands her some money
Miley: {giggles} Sure {walks out}
The sun shined brightly on the warm Saturday morning. The neighborhood was silent except for the chirping of birds and the occasional person in their front yard watering the plants. My friends were still in bed after last night. We didnt head home until three in the morning but Ive always been an early riser no matter what. Nicks probably up by now and playing his guitar while ignoring the snores coming from the messy bed beside his. I opened the door to the store setting off the chimes above the door. Teds head popped up from above one of the shelves.
Ted: {smiles} Why good mornin to you on this lovely day.
Miley: {smiles} Morning to you too.
Ted: {climbs down the steps of the small stool and walks out of the aisle} And what can I do for you today/
Miley: Mom needs more milk.
Ted: {smiles} {starts walking towards the back} Used the rest of it on them pies yesterday Im guessing
Miley: {laughs} Yup
Ted: {comes back with a gallon of milk and walks over to the cash register} Well I can guarantee that it didnt go to waste {rubs his stumache} {hands her the bag}
Miley: Thanks Ted {walks out} {Starts walking home}

Mitchels POV
Em and I were at the counter of the diner. She had finished her eggs and was now drawing me as I ate my breakfast burritos. She stopped and rested her elbow on the counter and began to tap her cheek with her pencil while staring at me.
Mitchel: {pauses and raises his eyebrows}
Emily: you eat a lot.
Mitchel: Um thanks?
Emily: {smiles} youre welcome.
Mitchel: {shrugs and continues eating}
Emily: {flipping through her sketchbook}
Mitchel: Why dont you ever use color?
Emily: Because color takes away from the meaning of the picture.
Mitchel: {nods and pushes his plate away from him}
Em sometimes reminds me of Nick. /I find they think the same except Nicks obsessed with music and Ems obsessed with drawing.
Emily: Finished?
Mitchel: {takes a quick sip of his milk} Yup. Lets go {walks out with Emily and jumps onto his skateboard}
Emily: {positions her messenger bag so thats in the back and jumps onto her back and starts to pedal}
Mitchel: {rides next to her}
Nicks POV
As much as I love this guitar Im about ready to hit a certain someone with it. Joe has not stopped snoring and its really getting annoying. I looked over at him. He was hanging off the side of the bed snoring loudly. What does Tay see in him? I finally had enough so I migrated to the front steps outside and played there. I was just getting into the music when I heard a familiar voice continuously calling my name. I looked up to see Miley running over with a huge smile on her face.
Miley: Nick, nick, Nick, Nick {throws herself onto the steps} Guess what!!
Nick: {smiles} What
Miley: Matt Jones asked me out.
Nick: {eyes widen} What
Miley: I know!! Isnt it awesome!! He is so cute and popular and
Nick: {frowns} No
Miley: {confused} What?
Nick: {places his hands back on the guitar} No
Miley: What do you mean no?
Nick: {starts to play} I dont want you to go on a date with him.
Miley: {getting mad} And why not?
Nick: Miles hes bad new and you know it
Miley: {mad} You dont even know him.
Nick: I dont have to know him to know hes bad news
Miley: {stands up and glares at him} Im going on that date with him and theres nothing you can do about it. Im going to prove you wrong.
Nick: {looks up shocked and stops playing}
Miley: {shakes her head and walks off}
Miley has never yelled at me before. I know this guy is bad news. He always has been. Of all people Miley should know that I only do things because I care and I want to make sure shes ok and I know that she wont be if she goes on a date with this guy. Every girl in that school knows that youre just setting yourself up for heartbreak by agreeing to go out with him. Unfortunately, theres nothing I can do except be there when she needs me.
Mileys POV
Miley: {walks into her house and up to her room} {calls Vanessa}
Vanessa: Hey Miles
Miley: V, guess what!!
Vanessa: what?
Miley: Matt Jones asked me out
Vanessa: No way!! Wait isnt he
Miley: Those are just rumors V.
Vanessa: I guess
Miley: I was hoping youd help me get ready.
Vanessa: {excited} Be there in 2 {hangs up}
Maybe I shouldve asked Tay instead. I hope V doesnt go overboard. V wasnt kidding about the two minute thing. It was hardly two when she burst through my bedroom door with a make-up bag and a few dresses.
Vanessa: Ok, lets get started
Miley: The date isnt until six.
Vanessa: {stares at her}
Miley: Never mind, youre the expert.
Vanessa: Yup. Now go {points to the bathroom in the hall}
Miley: {sighs} Im going {walks out}
