Upper Merion, Pa Construction Nightmare- Phase 2 Video

Do you have children? I have a 3 year old daughter and her bedroom windows face the street so she can't sleep at night. WIth bulldozers and backhoes' that have jackhammers on them and flashing yellow lights that come right into her windows even through the blinds. And the beeping of the large construction vehicles as they back up all night long.
