A SCANDALOUS PUBLIC ENDANGERMENT: Massive articulated lorries passing through our village and being caused to overtake at speed on the wrong side of the carriageway due to the obstructively parked Co-op delivery lorry. Safe crossing over the newly installed pedestrian "death-trap" is being helpfully obliterated by the obstructively parked Co-op delivery lorry. Our Community Blobby nowhere to be seen. Apparently this has all passed the scrutiny of our local Highway Department's "independent safety committee" - final safety inspection due on 20th November 2009. Thank you Cheshire West and Chester Council - you've provided us with an endless source of free entertainment at innocent pedestrians' and cyclists' expense.
