TheBohemianOwls: I own this Camera. JVC Is crap when it comes to Customer Service. I was never contacted about a factory defect re: a shutter switch. It wouldn't turn on and I had to beg them to fix it for nothing. I just got it back a few months ago and they fixed it but I notice my on and off switch was kind of lose. Today I went to turn it on and realized the button wasn't even there. I had to look for 20 minutes before finding it. DON'T BUY JVC!
