Another Otis Traction Elevators at the MUSC Ashley/Rutledge Garage Video

Riding another elevator (which is really close to the other one) at the Ashley/Rutledge Garage at MUSC in Charleston, SC.

crapper1: 2 is locked cause the elevator might not go there or if it was the weekend the tower is closed usually

oogles1: If you listen to the Voice it says "Going Up" (someone has queued the elevator on a higher floor). Therefore 2 and 1 would be locked up as it is in the opposite direction of travel. It's a feature on newer Otis Eleavators. It's a type of Anti-Nuisance feature. The same thing would happen if you tried to select a floor that it has already passed while in motion.
