Q4 - Betty Chu & Chris Agrella on Solar Incentives Video

Under the California Solar Initiative residents install solar systems and the state awards a one-time rebate of $2.50 /watt. When residents generate more energy than they use it is fed back into the electric grid back to the utility company who holds on the extra kilowatts, but do not pay back residential customers upfront. However, business customers do receive a pay back for extra kilowatts pumped into the power grid.
7. What is your plan to encourage residents in the San Gabriel Valley to go green at home?
8. How would you help businesses, institutions, and industrial facilities to go green?
