Howling and Food Defense Video
The wolves have been much more active in howling responses, some stimulated by wild wolves, some stimulated by sirens. They also howl because they feel good and want to rally. Aidan has joined the pack
howling again, after being a bit intimidated by Maya earlier in the fall. In this clip, Grizzer tries to defend a beaver from Denali, an over excited, testing yearling.

IrishBabyGirl43: I was at the dog park the other day in Campbell with my GSD an a pack of 5 wolfodgs. the local FD sent its sirens out, and I got to experience the pack an my GSD howling! Was absolutely beautiful!
