canuck350: Those that trade it carbon credits (ie. Goldman Sucks and the like) and people who have an interest in carbon credits like Al Gore. Just follow the money! Instead of addressing the problem head on they create another scheme to make profits. Pretty soon carbon credits will be traded like a currency.
