North Georgia Jaguar Club 2009 Fall Slalom Races Video

Here are three Jaguars competing in the Jaguar Clubs of North America Fall Slalom race held by the North Georgia Jaguar Club in the greater Atlanta Area. The first is my 1973 V-12 E-Type modified to over 400 HP. The second is Dick Maury's Series 1 E-Type which is one of the fastest in the country. The third is remarkable -- Tom Wright's 1949 XK-120 fully restored to Champion level Concours condition. When he's not taking national championships in Concours competition he gets out and races the car in Slalom races. He trailered this car from Vero Beach Florida to compete in our competion here in Georgia. The race consists of three laps - a dog bone of sorts, a figure eight and final round lap around all the cones. The layouts are identical for all races throughout the country.
