Week two :) Tee Bee :).....Breaking and teaching natural horsemanship :) Video

This past week has been a bit of a hectic one to Tee

I noticed she wasn't putting any weight on and was standing in her field rather then eating which seemed really weird but ontop i also noticed she wasnt eating any hard foods she would only eat when the food was made in to a slop

so when the vet was over to give some ponies some jabs i asked him to quickly look in her mouth
and he was shocked and horrified at what he saw
two wolf teeth
several baby caps
and a mouth full of razer sharpe teeth
He there and then asked me did i want them all doing or did i want to leave it
but i opted to have them done as i said i would rather be poor and no my ponies are happy
then be rich and neglect their welfare

he started rasping and she was ok but you could see it was really hurting her
so he gave her a sedation to relieve any pain and nerves as he did a load of blood poured from her mouth so he quickly search her mouth to see where the blood was coming from as he did he found one of her caps had fallen off luckily and gave me the tooth :)

Thankfully Tee was ok and the following day was eating grass like she had never eaten it before :)
within two days we noticed a huge difference in her weight and she is now piling on the pounds and starting look lovely :)

How ever having her teeth out isnt the only ordeal tee has been through this week :)
shes also in the process of being broken
and i must say she is wonderful shes not keen on someone stood next to her while shes being ridden but thats ok :) we dont mind because when we put her out on the lunge rein she was fantastic :)
shes an apsolute dream so calm and well behaved specially considering the first day she was sat on she still had her horrible bad teeth and all she did was be a bit ooo owch
but after her teeth were out she was a complete diamond head in happy chomping on her bit :)

we are preying to take her off the lunge next week and move on to doing 15mins not 10 :)
