I live in Canada, we pay about $300 per couple per month, but do you know something? 45% of the Provincial budget goes to healthcare, and I don't know the country % but I think it is very high. I believe that if US go that route, it will be a scam again- insurance Co.and more wars.

Secondly you are paying a hell of a lot more for your health insurance than I am and I insure my wife and three children. Simply put you are paying more than $2000 more than I pay a year for my ENTIRE family. You need to do a little more research before you call someone a moron.
enkelin32: DO you mean your employer pays part and you pay the other part and that is less than 300 per month or do you mean the ENTIRE premium is less than 300 for a family of 4? I live in Texas and my employer and myself pays $800 plus for just my husband and myself. I think you have to compare the cost of the premium and NOT just what you pay if that is the case.
doeboy1770: I do want to insult all you people over seas trying to tell us what to do.I pay $250.00 a month for real good health care. and I'm in control of what doctors I see. We could get better rates,if we could pick from the 1,200 insurance companies out there instead of the 3 to 5 the states allow to operate. that is choice,or how about tax cuts up to $10,000.00 if we buy our own,or a tax free heath savings account,if spent on healthcare,or stop medicaid to illegals
