Cleveland Buoy Deployment, Cleveland, OH Video

This video from Spring 2005 shows the deployment of a ReCON buoy 15 mile north of Cleveland, OH. This buoy serves as an early warning system of hypoxia and internal waves for water intakes along the southern coast of Lake Erie.
