Michael Jackson Revisited Video
A couple of more comparisons, although not the most precise angles nor resolution...
at least notice the top of the side edges of the nose, but assuming the LKL Dave is in fact Michael, he probably made the nose longer... also keep in mind Michael Jackson's pics can be a few years old, and depends on layers of make-up (or surgery).
I wish I had perfect profile comparisons, but you know it would be virtually impossible to get either one of them to pose for a impromptu picture...
