T.I. explains why his video, shot in the housing projects where rapper Shawty Lo grew up, seems like a diss. Shawty Lo and T.I. have been exchanging words for months because they both rep the same Atlanta neighborhood, but Shawty Lo said T.I. was not from Bankhead.
