Smithfield MMA working a self-defense Tabata Drill .... the person has 20 seconds to avoid the attacker and get to the other side of the room, then a 10 second rest, then repeat for a total of 4 minutes. First time we tried this drill.

smithfieldmma: Will work this with the guys a bit more, it was the first time doing this ... would like to see some more single direct attacks.
