Zac efron, 22 years old, has lost his parents in an accident and he was supposed to die but he recieved a heart just in time. the heart of nessas brother.
they will meet each other and they will feel like they always knew each other.
they fell in love but when she learn that zac has her brothers heart, everything change and she finds that their love is impossible then.
