After school, Nick and Joe head back to Nicks house.
Nick: When was Kevin planning on calling me back?
Joe: In all honesty, he should have called by now.
Nick: Do you have his number?
Joe: Yeah, just call on my phone. *Hands it to Nick/Sits on the couch beside him*
Nick: Hey Kevin, its Nick Jonas. Yeah, I was just wondering about that. Oh. Okay. Well thanks Kevin. So what happens now? Yeah. That would be great. Thanks again. Bye now. *Nick hung up*
Joe: Whats wrong?
Nick: The guy didnt like it. Kevin said he made copies of the song, but he also wanted me to record two other demos so he could get the word out. He was going to give us a copy, in case we meet someone. Joe, I dont know what Im going to do. I want this so bad.
Joe: Im sorry Nick. But no one injured their eyesight by looking at the bright side of things. Is Kevin busy now?
Nick: He said he wanted me to come over ASAP.
Joe: Well, lets go record some demos!
Nick: *Smiled and hugged Joe tight* thank you for being so supportive Joe.
Joe: Anything for my star.
Nick: Pff! *Bursts out laughing*
Joe: What?!?
Nick: You are so cheesy!
Joe: Shut up. You have your moments! Now lets go.
Nick: You drive over. I have to get some things. Ill walk over after.
Joe: Okay babe. *Kisses Nick, gets in his car and leaves*

Nicks POV
I headed up to my room after Joe left. I had an idea. I grabbed my acoustic, paper and a pen.

I still wasnt satisfied. I thought about what I loved most about Joe, his eyes. Yes his eyes. His beautiful eyes.

I walked over to Kevins, guitar and songs in hand. I knew which songs I was going to sing.
Nick: Hey you guys ready? *Kevin got the stuff ready, and I sang both the songs I wrote for Joe*
Joe: Wow. Nick*Joe had tears in his eyes*
Nick: Did you like your songs baby? *I kissed him lovingly and he smiled at me with those eyes shining brightly*
Joe: That is the sweetest thing anyone has ever done for me!
Nick: Aw, Joey, I love you *I wrapped my arms around his waist and kissed his head, which was now in my neck*
Kevin: So if you two are done being adorable, I have to call someone.
Nick: Who?
Kevin: I have another friend who called wanting to hear your stuff. I had him on the phone, he listened to the two you just sang and hes getting the president of his label to listen to you.
Nick: KEVIN! DUDE! Youve got to be kidding!
Kevin: They love you man!
Nick: *Hugs Kevin* I owe you man, this is my life.
Kevin: I know it is; you put so much passion into your writing and singing. Youre going places man. I just know youll be on magazine covers soon.
