lifewithjades: Welcome to WLL! I do have a question, I too have found the most successful way for me is to eliminate foods which prompt cravings. I notice though that you've mentioned "planned deviations" and I like the idea of this as, well it's planned and so not a "cheat" or "binge". My question, is do you have your "eliminated" foods on those days, or will they spawn the cravings again? Thanks in advance- great video!
