deviousgirlchild: @westside21215154 it's like a ballistic stretch movement that keeps you moving and your muscles warm during a fight or a "warm up" a lot of boxers do it before going into the ring and during the rounds. it keeps you from tiring out your muscles, instead of doing a traditional static stretch. at 8:24 i think it's just making grimmjow badass and showing off how well animated the show is haha.
