Atiq Rahman says that climate change is already causing impacts that are causing people to die. He says if the less developed countries are going to avoid taking the same polluting route taken when the wealthier countries industrialized, the newest and most efficient technologies must be shared.Rahman is the founder and director of the Bangladesh Center for Advanced Studies. In 2008 he was named a Champion of the Earth by the United Nations Environment Programme. This video was shot in Dhaka, Bangladesh in December, 2008 by Daniel Grossman.
