Pension Vote 07/09/09 Video

The dubious pension amortization bill that was the subject of warnings from the Empire Center was defeated on the floor of the state Senate in the early hours of July 9, 2009. Sen. George Winner, R-Elmira, led the debate — and, apparently, was pretty persuasive.
