To Hariharnagar is an out-and-out comedy entertainer, depicting the story of four close friends Mahadevan (Mukesh), Govindan Kutty (Siddique), Appukuttan (Jagadeesh), and Thomas Kutty (Asokan) who all live in different places after their marriages. Coincidentally, they all are back in Harihar Nagar after some years. The plot picks up when heroine Lakshmi Rai comes to stay in Harihar Nagar.
