Dylan Ratigan doesn't like what she has to say so he scolds her for talking too long, then he blabs and blabs about what he wants to say, which is the same sorry line from the MSM, and won't address her points. UPDATE: On October 29, 2009 Judge David O. Carter stated that it is not within the constitutional power of the federal courts to overthrow a sitting president. The case has been dismissed.

SEEPRICE: what judge Carter means is that the Congress/legislative branch has to determine proof of facts to unseat a president, not the judicial branch. It is called the Law. but the legality of this issue seems to be just a technicality to Taitz. she wants to pick and choose the laws she wants to follow in court. It doesnt work that way. no to mention Taitz supplied no evidence to her claim, she wanted the court to verify the validity of her evidence. that is her job not the courts'.
SEEPRICE: My thoughts exactly. the birthers have not shown one single piece of evidence to support their claim, but expect the rest of the world to jump on. most of them have just heard about or read rumors on the internet or emails without confirming anything (and we know that everything on the net is true) but when they are shown facts from reliable sources they dont believe it.
