Cover girl whit eye shadow
Avon glimmerstick G04 Blackest night eye liner

you can use whatever you like thats just what i did.I might have used liquid but it would take too long to get off my eyes.

you can also use mascara too, once again i didnt because it takes too long to get off

IxLovexTomxAndxBillx: I tried to be Bill for Halloween but that went terrible! I tried to do the makeup but it looked hideous! The hair was also a huge mess, let me tell you something, you need ALOT of hairspray! Haha great video

SchreiX19: haha I'd imagine so he uses one bottle of hair spray a day the only other person i know that uses a lot is my mum lol. and i think i said it in the video it took a bunch of tries before i did this and it looks ok and it doesnt take too much unless ur lk me and mess up the lines a lot =]
