Bloody Nora doesn't think that Fitness Groups using the council parks should have to pay. It should remain a free service to the groups as they are providing a fantastic service the those who have already paid for the parks, the rate payers. It is hypocritical to say they can keep running their sessions in the parks if they pay for licence.
