American Justice 180 Part 5 Video
WHILE THE CHILDREN SLEPT
Tim Boczkowski, a well-liked member of a community near Pittsburgh, is accused of murdering his first wife in a bathtub and his second wife in a hot tub. This episode includes interviews with Tim's children Randy, Sandy and Todd.
silentfades: I hope that insurance money went into a trust fund for the kids and not into an attorneys pocket. In my opinion the death penaly was appropriate. Marc in NYC
vixy2922: Hate the death penelty.
bonnysangels: If you had ever had a loved one murdered you wouldn't hate the death penalty.
mgparis: Poor kids, I can't believe this selfish monster did that to his children not once, but twice!
LoveAuntAshley: I agree with bonnysangels!
adarkenedmind: Why wasn't the family helping things out? Oh, what a wonderful thing for the children to be able to do for themselves. But this had to be horribly difficult for them to go through. They still seem like they're good kids, though. I can't even imagine how they feel about their father. He just got too used to doing whatever he wanted to do to "save" him from money problems, especially if they didn't do exactly what he wanted.
skylur44: Don't hate the death penalty, hate the person who deserves it. If you are ever the victim of a violent crime your opinion will change real fast. Best thing about the death penalty is, that particular person can never again commit another crime.
JustLetLifeGo: Death Penalty is still taking someones life. Murder a Murderer?! Doesn't make sense to me.
truthtone58: he was tired of his first wife and really started to hate her. But his second wife was a complete setup for money. It was a premeditated crime to the uttermost. These 2 women had just as much right to live and enjoy life as he did. The sentence is appropriate the outcome of the sentence being carried out will be justified.
privids: I really hoped he wouldn't get the death penalty. It's the children who suffer the most, I can't believe the jury's crying and then they take their only living parent away from them. Shame on them. Yes, he's a monster pretty much, but these people could've saved his life to spare his children from more suffering.
AdLaura: The jury didn't do this to those children. Their father did it to them. Only he is to blame for anything that results from his actions.
privids: In my opinion they did. The jury decided that the father should die. Yes, it was because of his actions but it was the jury's decision. And they did it after the daughter had pleaded to save his life. That to me is almost as sickening as what the father did.
Elisabetta611: My heart goes out to the poor children!!!
SLDNDASIXTIES: I hope I'm never called for jury duty and have to decide to end someone's life. There are monsters among us posing as humans who are 1000 times worse than this monster, but are walking around free. Only GOD has the right to take a life...I could not live with my conscious knowing I murdered anyone. When a juror hands down a verdict for death...that's like handing someone a weapon and telling them to kill him. They too, have blood on their hands. I would find them guilty and give them life.
hpets1717: don't worry, juries for death sentence cases are screened for prejudice against the death penalty. your opinions would eliminate you from the jury pool.
jethangar: Hopefully the death penalty in PA is like in California. In other words, he'll be sitting on death row for so long with appeals that he'll croak from natural causes long before the penalty is enacted.
gatesofpearl: His death sentence was overturned in 2004. He is serving two life sentences.
frelnc: At least he's not out there able to marry another innocent woman.
misscarolinec: I am really shocked these children still love their father I know if my dad killed my mother somebody would be waking up to a bat over the head! This man has done nothing but cause pain and sorrow! Father or not, he's also the Devil!
nishaboston: Sometimes children don't see any wrong in their parents, that is why.
misscarolinec: I know this is the case... its just sad :(
