tinkytwinky: ok wll im just gonna assume you know what a cork is, a bio is a cork essentialy just forward. So a cork is spinning off axis to your back, a bio is spinning off axis forwards. Flat is haveing you back paralell to the ground, you would typically throw back for a flat.
