Apartment Management and Rules about Barbecue Grills Video

At the apartment complex where I live, tenants are only allowed to use one of four stationary barbeque grills provided by the management.

That's great.

It means I don't have to smell smoke when other people grill. I'm on the other side of the building from the grills. But even for people who can view the grills through their windows, the smell of smoke is probably minimal because of the distance of the stationary grills from the buildings.
