This is me cooking with Michael Caines at Beyond Boundaries 2009, An event to empower disabled people to have a go at almost everything. Micheal is a right arm amputee. He gave an expert demonstration at the event in July 2009. Here you see me cooking a pan-fried sea bass with a stir fry of mange tout, bean sprouts, shitake mushrooms and lemon grass sauce.
