ChichiriMuyo: Biden's absolutely right here, though he'd hardly hint at the big picture he speaks of. The people who aren't willing to call this a depression still have their jobs and don't have to worry about losing them, and those are the only people with the ability to call it that way officially. For the average person, this IS a depression and we haven't even begun the recovery in the least. Only Wall Street is recovering, and even then it's at the expense of the common man.
