Reach Lesotho, an academic program designed to encourage global citizenship, launched on September 14th, 2009. Students, parents, community members and engaged citizens met at the University of Guelph to learn about the program and jump-start the application process. Rogers Television's First Local team captured the evening and aired this summary on September 18th, 2009.
