Shift 1 Speedrun 248.27 seconds Video

I made a few mistakes, but everything seemed to go pretty well. The timer says something different to the actual time, but that's because I used 'savestates': If a level goes REALLY badly, I'd die on purpose and begin again and the timer would keep going.

Think you can do better? Post a video response! Here are the rules:
1) Timer starts as soon as SHIFT (on the main menu) is pressed.
2) Timer ends as soon as you die in the spike pit.
3) Only post a response if you do better.
