Tv is power Video

This was my submission for October's 11 second club. Sadly I didn't finish because I ended up getting a new job halfway through the month and had to put my piece on the back-burner.
I still felt it was worth showing off to the world though, so here it is.
The character is entirely my design. And the sound clip was provided by the 11 second club people's.
