2009 Distinguished Alumnus - Lee Godfrey (Introduction video) Video

Lee Godfrey was one of six recipients to receive the Texas Exes 2009 Distinguished Alumnus Award on October 9. This video highlights his life and accomplishments. Godfrey received a BA in 1966 and aJD in 1969 from The University of Texas at Austin. He lives in Houston and is co-managing partner of Susman Godfrey LLP, a firm with offices in Houston, Dallas, Seattle, Los Angeles and New York. Godfrey has been named among the top 15 American commercial trial lawyers and often serves as lead counsel in high-stakes litigation.
