Modern Warfare 2 PC Gameplay - First Try of Multiplayer using IWNet Video

I decided to record my first attempt at playing Multiplayer using IWNet. It started badly, but I then played with no issues for over 2 hours. I was dead against IW's decision, and I still am, but I am so far really enjoying this :)

It jumped to over 100,000. The game is fun, admit it, you boycotters are so freaking annoying I can't stand your guys stupidity. You are no true pc gamer. SilentPhenomed: I see you just finished reading 1984 in school LOL anyways, I don't take it for gratitude, I use my brain and go "wait a second. Activision wanted Infinity Ward to put matchmaking in PC so future CoD games have pay to play. IT MAKES PERFECT SENSE, it isn't IW's fault and they can't do anything about it since they work under Activision!" Then, once realizng this, I adapt and continue. That's how the REAL PC community does it.

CubeLuda: What ever happen to just playing single player? :D These days people buy games for its MP... Not the story itself. I'll only buy MW2 when its dirt cheap, probbally in like 6 months time JUST so I won't kill of my CoD box series that I've built over the years. Other then that, I'm downloading it for the time being to play SP.

CubeLuda: I have the disagree with you on that one. Showing numbers dosen't prove anything... Not right now no. You need to wait 6 months. 6 months later come back to me with figures and I will sorta agree with you. Right now people are just playing, becuase they want to play MP, not to say that its super duper awesome and worth playing. SilentPhenomed: I give MW2 one and half years (about) to die off. As in, in 2011 July, then it'll be dead. BUT with people still playing. The numbers are rising btw. Rising and rising, and since IWnet keeps improving people keep playing. There's prestige so people prestige. And once BC2 comes out, there'll be a number of people to be dissapointed because it is overrated (waayyy overrated). Just because it has dedicated servers doesn't mean it'll be the best. Period.

CubeLuda: I never knew a BC1 ever came out... You see I'm not to much of a game buff so I wouldn't care. You keep saying numbers are rising, but thats only becuase people keep buying. I mean, it was ONLY realsed last week. Those numbers will rise for a good few months, but I gotta watch em come tumbling down. Belive me.

SilentPhenomed: The numbers will keep rising. After a year, they will stay at a high number, steady. How do I know this? I don't know if you are into science, but the nature for us is to basically support and utilize a specific feature that appeals to us. Number rise and rise and rise and then stay at a steady point. Eventually, they will fall. MW2's numbers will start falling July 2011 minimum. Maximum would be somewhere early 2012. So it has a good 1 and a half-2 years of multiplayer life.

BUT i do prefer dedicated servers, but if you think why there is matchmaking and know the dev is not at fault, and the system works amazingly, then the game is worth a buy.

SilentPhenomed: Btw henryhenriquez, you are a liar. Period, you are a pure liar. Hosts and the players they are connected to have equal and fair connections. All the games I play are green bars full, I RARELY see red bars. And your K/D ratio is also a lie unless you are a CoD master, which I doubt. The people are very skilled on PC, thus people complain that there are hackers when it is SKILLED PEOPLE. I'm average at playing CoD, and I know skilled from noob. And everyone aims on sights. CubeLuda: I just finished the game, around 2 hours ago. Going to move onto the MP. I must admit, I am disapointed... The game was WAY to short compared to the original Call of Duty games like Call of Duty 1 or 2.

fatmoleman: Hey just wanted to update that I got MW2 to connect to IWnet. My ISP came in and changed my cable modem and afew lines of coax cable and boom it works. They also said connecting direct through a modem is the best way and not a router.

Dudemag: have you ever played any of the battlefield games for PC? if not then S T F U. battlefield games ALWAYS please for the PC. BF2 is probably the best fucking FPS game ever created and tons of people still play it.....play a game and actually look at player base before you say something is overrated you retarded monkey

SilentPhenomed: ive followed the series as those kinda games i played to pass time until a good game comes. Their OKAY. Battlefield 1942 was terrible. And BC2 is definately overrated. If you've played BC1 (on consoles), then you'd know those mechanics, watch BC2 vids, and KNOW it won't be better than CoD, period. It's overrated, I don't know how more simple to put it.
